Ingredients
  1. 3 lb. brisket
  2. 1/3 cup of chili sauce or ketchup
  3. 1/4 cup burgundy
  4. 1/2 package of onion soup
  5. 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  6. 4 peeled potatoes
  7. 6 whole carrots

Consider doubling the gravy stuff!





Procedure/Direction:
 

Place brisket in covered roaster pan

Combine soup mix, chili sauce, burgandy & water
Pour over meat
Roast for 2 hrs. at 350 deg.

Add vegetables
Roast for 1 more hr.

Slice brisket across grain
