Chicken Cordon Bleu 03/19/19
Number Of Serves:
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
1/4 cup of White Wine
1/2 cup of Chicken Broth
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
2 tsp of Corn Starch
1 Salt & Pepper to taste
1 slice per roll of Swiss Cheese
1 stick of Butter
1 lb. of Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
Roll up ham and swiss cheese in thin chicken breast
Roll the chicken in melted butter
Roll the chicken in bread crumbs
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cover with sauce.
To make the sauce:
Melt the stick of butter. Add lemon juice, white wine, chicken broth, cream.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Dissolve corn starch in a little chicken broth & stir in.
Boil again and serve over chicken.
