Crescent Cookies 12/15/13

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 lb. of butter
  2. 2 cups of unbleached flour
  3. 2 cups of chopped pecans
  4. 5 tbls of sugar
  5. 2 tsps of vanilla
  6. 1 tbls of water
  7. 1/2 tsp of salt
  8. 1 cup of powdered sugar




Procedure/Direction:
Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla, and water. Sift flour and salt together and stir into mixtures.
Add pecans and mix thoroughly.
Roll into cresents.  (Note to Linda --- NOT TOO BIG)
Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
