A Healthy Chicken Chowder

  1. 1 cup of milk
  2. 6 tbs of flour
  3. 1 10 oz. can of can of chunky white chicken, undrained
  4. 1 10 oz. can of can of cream style yellow sweet corn
  5. 2 cups of frozen southern style hash browns
  6. 2 14.5 oz. cans of cans of fat free chicken broth
  7. 0.5 cup of chopped yellow onion
  8. 1 cup of chopped red bell peppers

Blend together milk and flour in a quart pan.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well until blended.
Heat, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Don't add chicken until the last few moments!!!
