A Homemane Granola

  1. 4 cups of old-fashioned oats
  2. 2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut
  3. 2 cups of sliced almonds (or whole almonds)
  4. 0.75 cup of vegetable oil
  5. 0.5 cup of good honey
  6. 1 cup of dices apricots
  7. 1 cup of dried berries
  8. 1 cup of dried cranberries
  9. 1 cup of roasted cashews
  10. 1 cup of roasted walnuts
  11. 1 cup of roasted peanuts
  12. 0 cups of other fruits and nuts (raisins, sunflower seeds, papya, etc.)

Toss oats, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl.

Wisk together the oils and honey in a small bowl.

Pour the liquid over the oat and nut mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until all the oats and nuts are coated.

Pour onto a 13x18x1 inch sheet pan.

Bake, stirring occasionaly with a spatula, until the mixture turns a nice, even, golden brown, about 45 minutes.

Remove granola from the oven and allow to cool stirring occasionaly.

Add the fruits, nuts, and mix.

Store the cooled granola in an airtight container.
