Linda’s Macaroni Salad 3/30/17

2 cups elbow macaroni
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup diced green pepper
¼ cup diced red pepper
¼ cup diced tomato
¼ cup diced onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste.


1 – Cook elbow macaroni as directed. Place in colander and spray with cold water, drain.
2 – Place macaroni in large bowl and stir in vinegar.
3 – Add peppers, tomato, and onion. Stir until blended.
4 – Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
5 – Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
