4 oz. of diced chicken breast
2 individual tsp. of olive oil
1/3 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 /3 cup of diced tomato
1 whole grain pita bread (6 inches)
1 oz. of sliced Brie Cheese
Sauté diced chicken breast in 1 tps. of olive oil until cooked through (about 5 minutes)
Add mushrooms and diced tomato.
Sauté until tender (about 5 minutes more)
Top 1 whole-grain (6 inches) with chicken mixture, then with 1 oz. brie
Broil until cheese melts (about 2 minutes)
