Procedure/Direction:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add tomatoes and paste.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
After 1 1/2 hours, add melted butter, vodka and basil and cook for another 45 minutes.
Cook penne.
Add heavy cream to sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.
Strain penne and pour sauce over and serve.
