A Potato Salad

Ingredients
  1. 6 medium of Potato
  2. 0.5 cup of onion to taste
  3. 1 cup of mayonaise
  4. 0.25 tbs of vinegar
  5. 2 tbs of sour cream




Procedure/Direction:
Cook potatoes with skin on for 1/2 hour

Let cool.

Peel skins off

Slice potatoes

Beat sour cream (or milk) into mayonaise.

Chop onions small

Mix all ingredients with sliced potatoes.

Salt & pepper to taste.

Spinkle with paprika and let sit in refriderator for 1/2 hour.
